Are there extra fees?
Our JUNN experience is transparent and worry-free. There are no additional service or processing fees, the price you see reflects the designer piece itself. Optional services, such as customizations, styling services, or private appointments, will always have any associated fees communicated upfront.
For international orders, required duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
For Canadian customers, import duties and taxes are included in the listed price, with only provincial sales tax applied at checkout.
Do you have a physical showroom?
Yes! JUNN’s private showroom is available by appointment, offering a personalized experience to try on pieces, discuss customizations, and get styling guidance.

Do I need an appointment to shop?
Yes! Both in-person and virtual shopping require a booked appointment.
How do I prepare for an appointment?
We recommend wearing no makeup and form-fitting clothing for accurate measurements. Please bring appropriate undergarments and heels of the same height you plan to wear with your outfit. This ensures accurate measurements for a precise fit.
In person appointments are limited to a maximum of two guests per shopper. Please browse our website in advance to familiarize yourself with what’s in store and available brand options and styles they carry.
Do you offer styling support?

Are all JUNN products authentic?
Absolutely! Every item at JUNN is sourced directly from the designers in India, ensuring authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship you can trust.
If I can’t find a product on JUNN.ca, can it still be ordered?
Yes! JUNN is the direct link to our designers. Every item by a designer can be ordered, even if it’s not listed on our website. Contact our team, and we’ll assist you in sourcing your desired piece.
BRANDS & GARMENT INFO/CARE
Where are the garments made?
All JUNN garments are crafted in India at the designer’s main production location. Each piece is made with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting traditional techniques, high-quality fabrics, and the designer’s signature craftsmanship to ensure authenticity and exceptional quality and consistency.
Is the colour accurate to what is shown online?
We strive to display colours as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography. As each JUNN garment is handcrafted, small differences in colour, texture, or embroidery are natural and reflect the artisan’s craftsmanship, making every piece unique.
How do I care for the item?
JUNN garments are crafted with delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery. We recommend professional dry cleaning only to maintain their quality and longevity. Store items in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight or harsh chemicals to preserve colour and texture.

How do I choose my size?

How do I measure myself?

Can I customize my piece?
Not always. Some brands offer ready-to-wear looks that come in standard sizing, while others allow full customizations from colours, design and made-to-measure sizing. Each product page will note what’s possible. Additional charges may apply for specific customizations. Contact us for further clarification.
Are you size inclusive?
Absolutely. JUNN celebrates every silhouette. Although many designers charge an added fee for sizes above their standard range, we believe great design should be accessible to all. We personally absorb these surcharges so you never have to pay more for the size that fits you best.
Do you offer maternity sizing?
Absolutely. We can accommodate maternity fits on most styles, ensuring comfort without compromising design. Contact us for any queries.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where are the garments shipped from?
The garments may be shipped directly from our partners in India OR from our Toronto showroom. The origin depends on order timing, availability and your destination. For local pickup, the item will always be routed to our Toronto showroom first. We determine the most efficient route to ensure the smoothest delivery.
How long does it take for ready-to-ship/Instant JUNN items to ship?
Ready-to-ship/Instant JUNN items are dispatched from our Toronto showroom within 48 HOURS of a confirmed order. Delivery times depend on your destination. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our showroom.
How long does it take for custom orders to ship?
Each brand and style has a unique production timeline and shipping times. It can range anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. Each product page includes an estimated delivery time so you know what to expect before placing your order. If you need something sooner, contact us today! We always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
If I am Canadian based, are customs fees/import duties/sales taxes included?
Yes. All Canadian orders have customs fees and import duties included. Sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your province. NOTE: For Quebec clients, we arrange orders directly, so please contact us to complete your purchase.
If I am US based, are customs fees, import duties and taxes included?
No. For U.S. customers, customs fees and import duties may vary depending on the value of your order and your state. Taxes are applied according to local regulations at checkout. Any additional duties charged by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the customer.
If I am an international (outside USA) customer, are customs fees, import duties and taxes included?
No. For international customers, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are not included in your purchase. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you offer returns?
No. At this time, we do not offer returns for a full refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available only for regularly priced ready-to-ship items for a value of equal or higher value, and must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. If sending by parcel, a tracking number must be provided. Any duties charged on an exchanged garment will be deducted from your exchange credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded or calculated with the exchange.
Custom, made-to-order, sale and discontinued items are not eligible for exchange.
What items are final sale?
Custom, made-to-order, sale and discontinued items are all final sale items.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
What is your return and refund policy?
At this time, we do not offer a full refund on any garment or exchanged item.
Do I pay a deposit for a custom order?
No. JUNN does not require a deposit for custom or made-to-order pieces. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order then moves into production. This allows us to begin your garment without delay and ensures a seamless experience with each designer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer (Canada), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
